Each morning a server job (Vercel Cron) scans LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter for US roles matching Product Manager AI, Director of Product Management, and Principal Product Manager. Freshness window: last 24h, then 7 days, then 30 days; never older than 30 days. Postings mentioning visa, H1B, or sponsorship are excluded. Each role is ATS-scored against the canonical base résumé (50/30/20: keyword / quantified impact / title-seniority); tailored scores stay ≥ 60 and the top ten rank by tailored score. A Color-Block tailored résumé (verified metrics only) is generated per role; the ATS score is shown here, not on the résumé. The per-job Status (Applied / Backlog / Rejected / Not applying / Link doesn't work / Repeated posting) is shared across your team via Supabase and keyed by the job link, so it persists across days and repeated postings.
