Roles are scanned across LinkedIn, Indeed, and ZipRecruiter (US), filtered to the last 30 days, sponsorship-excluded, ATS-scored 50/30/20 (keyword / quantified impact / title-seniority) against that candidate's resume, and ranked. The Status control (Applied / Backlog / Rejected / Not applying / Link doesn't work / Repeated posting) is shared across your team and saved per candidate + job link. Anyone can add a candidate via "Add your profile".
